Carmarthen swift wale's Rude sales team lady
As much as I/ we love to give 5 stars but this time is 1 star, this review is for swift agency staff to change her attitude toward client / costumers for rentals we numerous times fill their online application form which was a nightmare not user friendly platform, too deep information request that breached personal data exposures when you have not actually see/ view the property yet for your liking and agreed to the rental contract.
We called swift office to arrange for viewing since we has filled the online form, the lady from the property selling department picked up the phone was rude, instead of her connecting us to Rental department teams. first, she said can't hear and that I/we should stop moving the phone around when talking but that was false accusation, was not moving phone (that sound arrogant unprofessional).
Her argument on the phone was that we should have filled the viewing application form for 3 families members not for 1 person but how can he do that when the system is not user friendly and its complicated and we are sensitives with our personal data exposed with all the scams going on now, this lady do not care she carried on talking over us did not wait to finish, don't want to listen help, she has no costumers experiences skills, does not have empathy and definitely not good communicator.
she said on the phone "don't shout" but no one was shouting she was the one talking over him/us with her words "MOST" do form application filling which we have done numerous time, she then hanged up the phone in the middle of her argument conversation, is this wise or professional attitude? to treat client like that. you don't work with negative attitude. I will be posting this review to TRUSTPILOT website too.
This lady is not work ethic person at all, attitude says it all, anger management behaviour put client off, even if she was the owner of the business still that not how to deal with clients
The rental team are not knowledgeable with their viewing booking location, gave us insufficient address which have we to chase them for it, then when we arrived at the property was told there was no confirmation appointment viewing on their book/system then how come a full address and time was sent to our email.
