Swift refunds is a very good and reliable company/partner. And Miro the agent assigned to my file done a great job. Everything was fast and very straightforward. I do recommend them, they are great. Thank you.

Awful experience so far

As a paying customer for the “Fast track option” It has been 5 months since starting the process, still not finished and still don’t have the funds. Website states they are open until 5pm however close their phone lines at 12:00 so getting through to someone is near impossible. Fast track is meant to be fast and are meant to be chasing for the funds to be released however I am constantly chasing the accountant for an update and struggle to be getting responses or any progress.
