From the start I was given helpful information about packing and options for removal from Herefordshire to Devon. The Assessment was easy and not stressful and all telephone calls later to arrange different dates for transfer because of waiting out a protracted Probate on my new home were met with courtesy.
As far as the move itself went, the team of Richard, Niall and Jack were superb. Ready in time, full of energy and completely focused on the task, they literally made the move in stressful. Picking up the furniture was made more complex by a car parked on the opposite side of the road. Nonetheless they patiently found a solution and packed my home up exceedingly quickly. The following day they arrived with the van spot on time, and again, quickly unpacked, putting everything in the right room or area. They were pleasant, incredibly hard working and just plain lovely young men. As someone recently widowed, in her late 70s I unreservedly recommend this company. Service exceptional.

Outstanding customer service. The men who moved us were so hard working, courteous and kind. They made a potentially stressful experience a pleasure. They took care of all our things and couldn’t have been more helpful. We had one problem which was addressed swiftly. Very impressive outfit.
