They did not accept my returned item and did not send a refund, they have a 90 days return garantie which is a lie, they did not even answer my emails. I had to pay to return the shoe and they didn’t take it from the post point then it was returned to me again. They keep deleting my reviews on their website, so their reviews are also fake! Btw you can by the same sneakers for your toddlers MUCH more cheaper on shein and temu.
