Fantastic, Easy & Clean
Fantastic, easy and super clean. The app was easy to use and we had no problems with access. The storage space was so clean, I felt better about storing my household goods there than some of the other places I had looked at. When we were finished with the unit, the move-out process was quick and efficient. Very well organised.

Quick and easy
I can not believe how quick it was to sign up and how easy the process was, nice clean units with amenities, I love how you can share the App with family or removalist, and dedicate a time they have access truly amazing in our opinion, the only thing that I can see missing is the ability to strap items against the wall given how high the units are ,needs some kind of shackles to tie high things down. 10 out of 10 , great concept well done.

Great storage shed
Easy to book online, Very good communication and instructions. And easy to operate gates/storage lock etc from the app. Very clean and new facility.
The only thing I would say is if you had a large removal truck the Redland bay West site would be quite tight get it into.
