Every time i come in all the staff are really helpful

Knowledgeable and helpful team always ready and willing to help. Enjoy going there because of the professionalism of the staff.

Pool service interval was arrange to be monthly during winter and twice monthly during summer. However the summer interval has been changed to monthly during summer period without advice and the pool turn greenish.

The last Valet I had done on my pool was excellent, it seemed better than all the ones I have had since.

Two staff arrived to install a new filter for our pool. They were friendly and efficient and got the job done in less time than we thought it would take. When asked for ongoing advice about pool filter and pump requirements in the future, they were most patient and helpful and gave us further step by step instructions over the phone.

Did a good job cleaning pool. Water was going down every day so i check the leaver was set a wee bit on open so I adjusted it and now it is fine.

The team are very professional still trying to sort vacume system which is frustrating

Great service when pool got flooded with mud. Price came in under quoted amount which was a nice surprise.

Visited the Henderson outlet to purchase a Coincide algaecide 1Ltr.
I am a regular customer and am on the database.
In the past I was usual offered a 10% loyalty discount on my purchases.
Retail assistant told me that they are under new management and no discount or loyalty is applicable for regular customers.
Obviously disappointed with this so in future I may take my business elsewhere.

Pool looks very inviting and now being used by the family on these warmer days. Happy with the treatment received over winter/spring - thank you.

Questionable customer service to date, overdue and missed pool valet service resulting in green pool and a lack of response for any helpful remediation.

In short, they're great. I have a large pool which I do not have the time or know-how to deal with. They do it all, and if anything mechanical comes up then they refer somebody else who comes and sorts it. Good valet rates. Friendly staff. They know their stuff.
