The staff at Camp Hill are always helpful. They are well trained, neat, tidy, knowledgeable and friendly in their approach. They have looked after my pool since 2008 and I would never go anywhere else for advice or good service regarding my pool. They should be congratulated for their professional approach. Well done!!!

Didn't diagnose my pool issue. I worked it out after calling a pool filter supplier. I then read through the pool water test, which also identified the issue and solution yet they over looked it. Focused on the easy stuff, chlorine very low etc but there was an underlining issue to why it was low. Lucky I picked up on it saving me unnecessary costs.

I received very prompt service and advice from a team member who was familiar with my pool and provided me with a solution to the issue i was experiencing.

Lovely gents were helpful as soon as I pulled into the shop driveway. Saw me struggling with getting 2 kids out and come over to collect my water sample. Ran through the results as usual with expert detail and recommendations then had the whole team waiting at the salt pile ready to load the 5 bags of salt into the boot of the car.
A real world service and spot on advice with a smile.

We have been customers of Swimart Camp Hill for over 20 years. Over this time we have both had regular pool service through Swimart visits and we have visited with water samples and to get advice. Trust, loyalty and honesty are hallmarks that we look for in service and these people have them all. When we lived in Kenya for six years Reg and his team kept our pool and equipment in great condition and there was never a problem. Yes, we have had filters and pumps and the usual things but we always felt that we could trust Reg and his team to look after us. We could not recommend Swimart Camp Hill high enough.
