Extremely Poor Customer Service Experience

During a recent call to Swimart Enoggera, I encountered extremely poor customer service from Kevin. Kevin was exceptionally rude, responding to my queries with a dismissive and aggressive tone.

The purpose of my call was to inform Swimart Enoggera that my invoice had been sent to the incorrect email address. I wanted to resolve this issue promptly to ensure that payment to Swimart could be received without any further complications and delay.

However, when the conversation escalated, Kevin decided to abruptly hang up on me… stating,” he thought the conversation was over”.

I expected a lot more professionalism and respectful communication from someone who is the proud owner and operator of Swimart, Enoggera.

Overall, this experience has been highly disappointing and has negatively impacted my perception of Swimart Enoggera. I hope that steps will be taken to improve the quality of customer interactions and to handle basic issues with the necessary professionalism and respect.

No hazard warning EziChlor chemical in pool, plus heaps of other chemicals and no warning sign to not swim in it. Very angry when I asked about it. Didn't want to take responsibility for burning eyes and skin. A child could have ended up in Hospital. Taking sample to Bunnings regularly now and every post service from him as his water quality report was bogus stating pH of clear water when clearly not. A recent improvement as Creepy Crawley now working well and pool has improved greatly.

Kevin, Steve and the rest of the team are great, always helpful and knowledgeable. That's why I've stayed with them for nearly 10 years.

I have a schedule service every month; however, I need to call the Swimart office every month to find out which day and time my service is.
Sometimes I feel like I am the one reminding them that it is due.

Apart from that, the pool technicians are extremely punctual, professional and polite every time they visit.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They have a full range of chemical/parts and if they have not got a part in stock they will get it in for you promptly. Parking is good and their prices are competitive.

Ryan arrived on time and did an excellent job installing our new chlorinator and sand filter. All my questions were answered and the job was done in a timely manner. 10/10.

The guys at swimart have the knowledge and explain it to you in terms you can understand. They have supported me for a very long time . It doesnt matter what the problem is nothing is too much trouble.
