Repair successfully completed without a Fuss
Called the shop on Friday 6/8 concerned that my pool pump controlling the filter had stopped working. I was told they would call me back on Monday 9/8 in order to have one of their service team come to look at the pump either Monday or Tuesday. Received a call on the Monday morning - Brett was available to inspect ASAP. Within 30 minutes, Brett arrived - asked a couple of qualifying questions and immediately went to work checking the pump and surrounding equipment, explaining his process of elimination along the way. 45 minutes later, the pump had been disassembled, cleaned, reinstated to ensure it was fully operational, plus all peripheral equipment checked and tested. Brett was super nice and equally efficient. Thanks Swimart Malvern! Regards, Simon

I am always happy with service provided.......both with my pool cleaning and any advice I'm provided with when I may have a particular query. Staff is always helpful and polite, very professional with service and always spot on when giving cleaning times.
Anything I may need they have in shop or get in if by chance out of stock.
