Staff are very professional but at the same time friendly and informative about the problem I had. Cant ask for more than that.

I have been using Swimart for many years and I find them very helpful, staff is always courteous and proficient. Prompt attention is always given when there is a problem. My main reason is I find them honest unlike most outlets these days which mostly deal with sales of products to treat pool matters.
