As well as regular servicing, which is generally very good, withnthe occasinal glitch with less experienced staff, problem solving is great. We had a leakage issue over a weekend, reported on Monday, fixed on Tuesday, all while short staffed. Thank you, guys.

The advice is generally consistent amongst the guys testing pool samples and recommending treatments. Safe pair of hands 👍

Knowledgeable staff. However all I got done was a test and bought some strips and it was $40. I have had tests done else where for free and would have thought $40 for the strips is too much. I’ll probably go else where in the future.

I continue to say this to those who are debating where to go and who to use. This group is professional. Easy to arrange times to suit, quick to analyse your issue, will find the part to fix your problem (even if they don't stock that part). Advice is forthcoming. Punctual. Will persist until success is achieved. Led by the experienced Jordan, please don't use amateurs when playing with 75,000 or more litres of a valuable resource.

Nothing but positive things to say about the Swimart Team. When I've had problems, they've been addressed immediately to my satisfaction, and even though I was willing to pay for their assistance, Jordan refused to take payment. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Jason and team have maintained my pool on a monthly basis for the last two years. They have been reliable and kept it sparkling through thick and thin. This includes responding quickly when a dust storm made the water cloudy and when the pump, which is ageing, stopped. They also washed out the sand filter which we hadn’t done for years, and figured out ways to keep the pool functioning in a COVID-safe way during various lockdowns. I recommend them for both ongoing and occasional pool maintenance. The staff are always friendly and professional and quickly set up a friendship with my puppy, which meant I could just leave them to it, without having to restrain the little fella.
