Went to go to another company to have my water tested but once again they were closed before their closing time!!! But I'm happy they were as the service was better and information given was fantastic, I have now found my new pool shop for chemicals and water testing (free testing) and will be calling them next week in regards to the pool heater that we discussed today. Great service, informative chat and all with a smile. Thank you soon much for being g open as per your shop hours, you now have a new customer

Our pool was dirty for 3 years and the guys from Swimart Charmhaven came and spent a couple of days cleaning it and we are so happy with them. We will always go to them.

Swim Art have provided great advice on our swim spa. I take in a water sample fortnightly and often don’t have to buy a thing yet they always make you feel that they are happy to help. Our spa has gone from being problematic to trouble free with their advice.

Manager's conduct was appalling when I needed help and support from the products I purchased from him a few years back. Now I receive an email to purchase more product from this business, fat chance!

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere where businesses back their product and treat you with the respect a customer deserves.

I cannot speak highly enough of Swimart Pools in Currimundi - particularly of Simon. Simon helped us out with our rental property and I am so so very grateful that he fit us in on such short notice (literally that day) - he attended to some reported issues, not only on the same day, but after his day of work, on his way home. Thanks Simon, you are honestly a Legend!

Been a customer of Swimart Jindalee since building our pool 11 years ago, great service always and assistance with replacing parts still under warranty. My pool robot out of warranty recently started playing up but the team provided a prompt systems check, repaired and returned to me within 7 days! Much cheaper option than unnecessary replacing the unit with a new model

It was fantastic to be able to receive advice, guidance when fixing my “green pool”. Terry provided me with guidance on how to go about cleaning, chlorinating pool and techniques to use for vacuuming algae out of the pool.

It is very rare nowadays to be able to get advice as majority want to charge a lot of money for call outs.

Thank you to the staff at Swimmart Campbelltown and especially Terry and Logan for putting more value on customer loyalty over profits.

Will continue to return for salt and other chemicals as needed.

Swimart are very dedicated to its customers. We have a high-trust relationship - they look after my pool and keep me informed of issues that may come up in the future. Sang and his team are always follow up on my questions and any additional needs. He provides me with options such as whether certain chemicals are necessary or the frequency of the services.

Took my cell there for replacement. They said would investigate and took my details. No callback - rang a week later with no record I was ever there and "speak to the hand. Total waste of time.

Made a call to Swimart looking for someone to assess our pool asap (filter not working)
Request acknowledged and organised without incident. Hope the assessment goes as well and our pool is back to it’s best soon.

Bought a skimmer basket and within a month the bottom had broken away allowing leaves to get through. Thinking it may have been because I used a skimmer sock I went back and bought another without questioning it. Within another month the 2nd skimmer basket without a sock had the bottom ripped off also. The previous original basket had lasted around 10 years and only broke due to my leaving it out in the sun by mistake through winter when the pool was shut down, Swimart refused to refund for the obviously faulty product. They clearly don't stand by the equipment they sell. Very cheap after market version of the original product. They have obviously found a supplier where they can get cheap aftermarket rubbish and palm it off as being good equipment. Beware! Rippoffs selling very poor quality items with no return policy.

They said they would come today and they did not pool still unswimable - and I have 10 guest tomorrow for a swim and lunch - please come first thing tomorrow !!!!!!!!

Brandon and Ian from Swimart are incredible. Generous and professional human beings, good humoured and hardworking, they offer quality service and sincere support. I can’t recommend Swimart Frenches Forest enough. Thank you so much Brandon and Ian!

Xavier served me and his customer service was fantastic. It was a very busy day at the shop but Xavier was very nice to deal with.

Just paid $20 a bag for pool salt. Between 9.90 and 14 $ other places in the area.
I won’t be back.
