I have been using Swimart for many years and I find them very helpful, staff is always courteous and proficient. Prompt attention is always given when there is a problem. My main reason is I find them honest unlike most outlets these days which mostly deal with sales of products to treat pool matters.

I had a faulty pool pump, wouldn't pump and had air in it. They took it away, fixed it and installed it the next day.Fantastic.

Told Swimmart on two occasions to stop emailing and texting as we don’t have a pool at new address.

I ordered over the phone (a pump), not because of Covid just simply because I was at work. The guys indicated a probable date of installation. I said go ahead. They turned up at the time specified, installed the pump left the joint neat and tidy and I went and paid for it the next day. No fuss, no bother, done and dusted in a very reasonable time frame. Couldn't fault the service - all done with an absolute minimum of fuss
