It was easy to order but you didn't have a size guide so I had to guess at the correct size for me. I hope I guessed correctly.

I have been trying to return my suit for 2 weeks now (you only have a 30 day window), and they keep offering me discounts-- first 15%, now 50%, but will not provide an address for the return. Do NOT do business with this company!!

I have received my items a month after ordering. The quality and fit are shocking and they will accept the items back, only at my cost. They have offered a 20% discount should I want to reorder. What would I want to pay more money for the same rubbish? There goes £40 down the drain!!!

Last year I ordered several swimsuits and cover ups! I was extremely pleased. I got so many compliments. I tried it again this year. I only received half of my order! The company has not responded to my request for information. It has been months.

I only received 3 items in my large order. I am giving you another chance and hope it’s fulfilled this time

I never received my product or money back. I placed an order with several items in June 2024. Half a year later, I still haven't received the rest of my order. It was an order for over USD 150. Four weeks after I purchased the items, I received one bathing suit only. Two other bathing suits and two Kimonos have never been delivered. I've tried to reach customer service and I have NEVER received a reply. This company hasn't reimbursed USD 117.87 which they still owe me.

Please DO NOT buy any product from them!!! I realized too late I'm not the only person who reports this happening. It's not a trustworthy company, they basically stole my money.

I ordered a bathing suit. It fits perfectly. The quality is excellent. The price is reasonable. I was able to track the package all the way to my front door. I like it so much I ordered 2 more.

I placed an order, was never sent a tracking. I emailed service, and then they sent a tracking. Two weeks later, tracking said that the carrier still has not picked uo packaged. Then they told me, that if I wanted a different size, I replied no and want my money back. Still have not heard back. This is a chinese scam website. Beware!!!!!!

It's a scam chinese website. They don't accept returns and quality of their items are very cheap. Do not order from them.

1. They are deceptive. I spent $60 on a what was supposed to be a 2 piece set swimsuit set. I was only sent 1 piece. Upon contacting them, they said I needed to buy the other piece and that they were willing to give me a discount for the extra purchase. Huh? I bought a 2 piece set. I'm not paying extra for what you forgot to send, thank you, no thank you.
2. After navigating language barriers with a Chinese offshore service rep for 2 weeks to get the bottom line of the debacle in point 1, I sent my initial piece back for a full refund. I paid $30 to have it sent registered and with a customs form (which is ridiculous). Then they told me I needed to pay $11 additional dollars to them to get the package from China customs. Huh? I paid and cleared it all they way to your address you sent me, Swimshy. No thank you.

This website is a scam. I hope you read this before you buy anything. By the way, the quality is nothing like it looks like on the website either.

If I could, I would even press one Star but at two so I could write this review. I ordered a swimsuit from this company five month ago it come it was rubbish took six weeks to come but it was rubbish Wanted to post it back they offered me 10% if I kept rubbing Wanted to post it back they offered me 10% to keep it then they offered me 30% to keep it. I told them I didn’t want it. I wanted the return address they finally give me it after weeks. I have been in touch with them time and time again but with no reply buyers were do not order from this company. They have got the swimsuit and my money and I have nothing.

Cute stuff BIT The worse Customer service Ever !!!!! Ordered my items 2 months ago .received partial shipment . My items are not ready still . Not an apology . But i got an. I SUGGEST you ORDER something else !!!’ No WANT MY REFUND !! SECOND TIME I HAD AN ISSUE AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY $ Back !!!! THE WORSE EVER . They dont take no for an answer . Sending & picking out stuff NO IF I WANTED SOMETHING ELSE I WOULD-HAVE ORDER IT . Now give me my $$$. Now IF i did order something else . Will iGET it FOR next summer maybe????? NEVER AGAIN !!!! So disappointed.

I Made an order from this site several weeks ago, the order never arrived so I asked for a refund, they refused a refund and offered me a different product (They sent me photos), I said I wanted my initial order and as I noticed there was a lack of understanding in English (I sent photos of what I had ordered and also added a photo of what I didn't want them to send me to make it clear to them) they then took it upon themselves only look at one of the photos (of the item I was telling them I did not want) and they sent that to me. Now I am stuck with an item I never ordered and im being refused a refund and they are offering me 20% on an item that isn't even worth that price with the discount! Their staff should learn how to read emails correctly and when several attachments are sent OPEN ALL OF THEM not just the first one!! Disgusted at their service, they are con artists and they definitely scam you out of your money

Don’t order from this website. Placed an order mid April and it’s now 29 June and re received nothing. When emailing them for a delivery date they responded asking if I’d like to swap over the goods for other items. Then they agreed to a Refund after waiting three weeks and then had to threaten them so they could process it. Stay away from this mob. Dodgy af. You’re welcome.

I wasn’t sure what the quality of the items would be but I was very pleased with my order ! I have already purchased more items from the Swimshy website ..

A complete waste of time they keep asking for more and more money but never receive my order.

Wish I would have known the total didn't include the discount unless I entered the promo code. Seems a little sneaky :(

I will never order from them again. I requested a refund and return label because I didn’t get the product before my cruise which was two months from the purchase date. They claim they don’t have a return address and would give me a 20% discount on next order. Excuse me I will never order from you again!!! A TOTAL RIP OFF

What an absolute farce!
I got in touch via email as this so called company had my £80 for nearly a month!
After numerous emails to various people who clearly don’t have a brain cell between them or they’re reading from a scammers script, I was told the swimsuits were out of stock and was offered alternative items. No!!!
Then I was offered other sizes! No!!!
I kept asking for a full refund as they’d had my money a month!
In retrospect I think they held onto the items for so long as the return window had passed!!
Then I was offered alternative colours which I agreed to for one of them as it could’ve been an option first off.
Then miraculously both items were dispatched and came within a few days.
Both items did not fit so again I requested a full refund.
Again, she was urging me to keep the items (that didn’t fit!!) and she would give me 30% off my next purchase! Why the **** would I want to purchase anything else from you scammers!
You are forcing customers to keep items they don’t want.
I will make sure everyone knows what your so called company is about.
If you change the name I will still recognise the swimsuits.
You are not fit to trade and should be stopped.
