Slowest and worst customer experience ever - AVOID this company!
I ordered 2 swim snorkels which came no problem but when one turned out to be faulty I experienced the worst customer service ever. For 3 days I rang them constantly and the phone was never answered. I emailed them repeatedly and only received a response once I threatened to get trading standards involved. I then had to return the snorkel at my own expense for inspection. They did not acknowledge receipt of the return despite repeated emails asking for an update. Again I threatened to get trading standards involved and after 10 days, finally received a response saying it had been received and was awaiting inspection. After a few more days I chased twice to enquire if the inspection had been done yet and in the end I did contact trading standards for advice. They have now 'fixed' it and are returning it to me even though I specifically asked for a refund (as was my legal right). This whole process has taken almost a month in duration and has taken up hours of my time and probably years off my life as it has been so frustrating I doubt its been good for my blood pressure! My advice would be not to use this company,
