wrong size training fins…
I ordered the wrong size training fins and I even binned all the packaging by mistake…Mat still went out of his way to swap free of charge for the right size needed…..definitely a company that looks after customers and will be using again….thanks Mat

Going the extra mile
We ordered our usual pair of junior funky trunks. Now it’s nice not to be charged for P&P and They came promptly which was excellent upon opening there was a wonderful little packet of Haribo and as my little man opened the parcel he got a very nice little surprise and said daddy look. Now I see this a going above and beyond and it was a lovely little gesture and it’s the little things that count. Thank you, swimsport You’re a rare company in this day and age. And I will certainly be purchasing again from you.

We had a great deal of issues with a speedo comp suit (speedo poor quality), but Matt at swimsport was amazing with all the exchanges we had to make. Really great service and communication, quick deliveries and exchanges.
