Would happily order again
I was reluctant to buy because I’d never heard of the company but I’m glad I did. The price was the best after a long internet search, postage was free and it was really quick. Very happy, thank you!

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. Unfortunately I had to return one of the swim packs I purchased for my children as it was too big for one of them. As this is a small company be prepared to pay your own refund fee, which I did without questions asked. I was shocked to receive a refund less than what I paid for the item. I questioned why I did not receive a full refund and was provided with some confusing lame excuse about promo offers, mind you no where does it state this on line prior to purchase. I expected to receive a full refund for what I paid but instead this small time business chose to steal from a customer for a couple of quid. Very poor customer experience and the communication thereafter was worse. Never have I experienced such poor customer service. I will shop elsewhere and do not recommend.p.s. watch your returns as it's returned to a home address, I paid for signed delivery but no one was home and the picture showed the parcel being left on the doorstep of the home, if the parcel went missing I would have had no refund however if you accept refund you need to be there to accepts returns.

We are disappointed you weren't happy with your experience as we strive to provide excellent customer service. You placed an order for 2 backpacks using a promotional discount for orders over £60. On returning one of the items the revised order value was below £60 and therefore we refunded you the difference between the original order amount and the revised amount now the terms of the promotion were not met. We responded promptly to all communication setting out the basis on which the refund had been provided. We at no point stole from you and refunded the disputed amount as a gesture of goodwill.

Amazing company
Amazing company. Handwritten note and packet of haribos. Fast delivery. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size but again fast refund. Can't fault.

Excellent shopping experience
First of all, a quick delivery without an extra cost. We bought two same race costumes (in different sizes), and returned a bigger one after trying them on.
On the next day of the return, they already acknowledged my return, then quickly arranged the refund without any issues.

Our shorts that arrived were faulty and a replacement was sent out straight away. Matt went above and beyond in replying to my enquiry and our new shorts arrived swiftly for our son's upcoming county gala.
