A very poor return system and customer support. They provide no information about returning items until the 30-day period has passed, at which point they apologise for no longer being able to accept them. It's a complete scam.

Avoid this website! Costume was really poor quality and when I tried to return it, they made it very clear that it wasn’t an option. Terrible!

I got a very comfortable swimsuit from them. I bought the suit because of the style and price. It is very flattering and has a nice fit. I was impressed with the quality of the fabric, not see through. It has some tummy control and provides good coverage. Love it.

I ordered a swimsuit for my daughter on a Monday asked for urgent delivery (5 days) and paid 12.99 delivery charge for the same. I sent a note to them asking if they could guarantee delivery in 5 days. Inspite of the hefty delivery charge they said no. I then said I wanted to cancel the order - this was less than 24 hours after ordering. They said NO. I later saw the website says that is allowed. The swimsuit arrived 4 days too late (9 days in total), my daughter had already left on her trip. I complained and then they offered to refund the delivery charge. They never did that. When my daughter returned a week later, she tried on the swimsuit and it was too small. I then asked how I can return it. The website said returns are possible. They replied trying to convince me to keep it!!! After WEEKS of back and forth, where they NEVER gave me any return instructions, and kept trying to convince me to use the item that doesn't fit, they then said it is not realistic to return as I have to pay postage and it is too expensive. the website says NOTHING about that. They then offered me 20% refund. I said that's nonsense so they offered 30%. This is appalling - lying to customers on the website and lying to customers when they contact you for returns. The quality of the item also was not good at all when you take into account the price. I got better quality for much cheaper at marks and Spencer. Never order from here. My strong advice. I am still arguing with them.

Ships from China so cost £12.99 for express delivery and still arrived late, products were terrible quality, poor fit. Customer services were reluctant to give me a return address, after a number of emails I was sent the address. I have just paid over £20 to return it back to China. Should not be allowed to be called Swimstyle UK, completely misleading.

I recently purchased bathing suit from them and I am absolutely in love with it! It is particularly flattering for my shape. I wanted an inexpensive suit that was comfortable I could wear. The fit is perfect. I would highly recommend.

I ordered a suit for vacation. I was skeptical because nothing ever fits right when I buy online but omg I love it! I love the fit the color and style! It is super flattering. And really really good quality for the price.

My experience with service was great. They are very helpful on delivering me the right item. Very happy with the product. Good quality.

Do not buy from this company they rip you off and when you ask for a refund they charge you. Absolutely disgusting will defiantly never be ordering from them again!!

After 30 days my item arrived, tiny was not the word and asked if I could return like the websites. Its been over 2 weeks and they told me that they would offer me 20% and to keep the item. It cost £24.00 and I was chucking the item in the bin.
I have asked to return and they are ignoring me
This is breaking the law stating they are UK- contacting consumer rights

I do not believe this a real company and they don't keep their promises. I ordered my goods in the summer and they didnt arrive and they have been promising me a refund for months and are now choosing to ignore my numerous emails. I believe they are fraudulent and a con and cannot be trusted. STAY CLEAR!!

I am so satisfied with the swimdress. It is so pretty. It covers enough. So good for size fitting and material.
