Card was with scratches.I was promised that there would be contactless payment and i pay for this, but it wasnt there.Average company.

How nice of them.

Not recommended, based on my experience: I sent my card to create an NFC-compatible card; they promised a 90%+ success rate. After more than 2 months, I received my "tested" card, but the NFC does not work on it. I told them if the NFC is not working, I don't need the card. However, I kept my card, but I am not happy with it. I am also waiting for my compensation refund, but I have not received it yet (1 week now). Avoid them if you don't want to waste your money and time.

From the ease of site use my order was issued nice and quick.
The communication was so prompt and professional.
The delivery was within one week and the packaging was just what you'd expect for such a high quality item.

The finish is detailed and it looks great in my Nano wallet.

Great that I could choose to remove all the details that would usually be on a bank card.

An update, the card arrived, however, be aware it will not take a few days, it will take weeks. If that works for you, then it's OK. The card looked very good, however, did not get contactless, apparently I did not order that, but the card is of a good quality.

Customer service is on point, they're super helpful, friendly and responsive.
To anyone worried about sending their card out, they're extremely professional, reliable and operate with integrity- at no point was I worried about anything happening to my card.

Unfortunately though, the NFC doesn't work, however thats a problem with my chip not responding to the antenna correctly, so double check with them that your chip is compatible before choosing the NFC option. The chip and pin works fine when inserted, it's just NFC that may not work depending on your chip type.
Overall, a very enjoyable experience and would recommend to all, however just make sure your chip is compatible with NFC beforehand.

Took a bit longer to arrive than I thought, and I was a little hesitant after seeing some reviews. But it turned out better than expected. Quality of the card is solid and feels premium, service was smooth, and nothing felt off at any point.

Fantastic quick service, communication from the team was constant throught the order process. I went for the high roller collection and it looks amazing. Complimented on numerous occasions when using. Definitely recommend as a product!

Paid my money sent my card and a week later nothing no response to multiple emails have used them before with no problems but this time there is clearly a problem now have to cancel teh card I sent and puruse a refund via my credit card company very disappointing

Ordered my card, commination been great, advised contactless wouldn't work with the card i sent, let me send a different card, in all a very easy process and great communication, would happily recommend

Ordered card on the Tuesday and I arrived on the Thursday, customer service was fantastic and the card is extremely high quality and durable would recommend to anyone who is looking for a metal card

I kept seeing ads of this place so fancied to give it a go and get a Man City themed one. I sent it off and it arrived so quickly I’m so happy with how it came out. Design looks like something you’d pay a lot of money for. Will defo buy again for christmas

Start off with the card itself, Fantastic quality and print is perfect.

Postage came next day after completion in a nice box with a cloth to keep it clean.

Site was very poor in trying to create a card, very glitchy, but I managed and ordered one. I received an email which was unreadable, so I sent an email asking for instructions.
A guy rang me to say I'd receive an email shortly. Never received any further communication and I've now had to open a case with my credit card to retrieve my money.

I definitely have the correct website.
My order number was #36497. This was the only part of the confirmation email that was readable.
I've emailed you twice since your phone call and not received any response. I would ve grateful if you could refund my money at the earliest convenience, I can then close the case with my credit card provider.

Lazy, useless with communication, stolen money without returning it. 5 months now, complete mickey mouse outfit. Took my time during my mums cancer, this is the reason i don't live in the UK anymore uselss companies and people.

Was very sceptical due to the bad reviews but I think majority are just personal attacks on the owners or competition as I have had an excellent experience - maybe company has changed hands? Customer service has been excellent, thorough communication and order was fulfilled in sufficient time and im over the moon with my card. I love the sound it makes when you “accidentally” drop it on the floor

The company looks to be a scam.

Before even getting into my experience, it's clear that the Trust Pilot reviews they have are mostly, if not all, fake. Most accounts have only 1 review in their history, and then one of the reviewers (Hannah) has 2 reviews, both of which are for companies owned by the same people! (*Removed on request of the scamming company as they reported it to Trust Pilot* both own Swipe Metal, which is part of VentureK and *Removed on request of the scamming company* which if you look up their info via the UK gove website for their info at their reviews, is just as much a scam as Swipe Metal)

I placed my order online on the 11th of September. Sent my card the next day with 1st Class Signed for shipping, and it was received by them on 13th September.

5 Weeks later and not a whisper from them. They never acknowledged receipt of my Bank Card and the website has no way for you to look up the status of your order.

I attempted to contact them several times through the methods they provide you on the site and had no luck.

The location where they have you ship the cards is a closed-down pub which does not give me any hope that this company is legitimate by any means.

Furthermore, the people who own this company, according to gov.uk own multiple companies, all of which are registered to one of 2 addresses, and they both have a history of dissolved companies in the past, which just lowers my expectations even further of this company being legitimate.
