Poor support and not secure

My money in virtual wallet was illegally withdrawn / transfer to somewhere else. I have raised this issue for 2 weeks. However, I don't receive any progress update for their investigation so far. When I chase the customer service by email, they cannot provide any target completion date and just ask me to wait further. By the way, my account is locked and I can't use any money in the virtual wallet. It is a very bad customer experience.

My balance was debited but no voucher issued. Contacted CS replied fast said IT team was investigating. But after 2 weeks is still under investigation and no further response. I don’t know how long need to waiting to get my money back.

Unstable App and slow CS

Error occurred while I bought a voucher by using the App. My balanced was deducted but no voucher was issued. The only thing I got was a pending transaction.

I have emailed the CS team and asked for a refund. They were replying very slowly.

Finally, they found out the problems was caused by system bugs and settled them after 1 week.
