Many thanks to the extremely helpful and friendly chaps at Torquay townhall today working at the garden waste collection. I took my garden waste and you took all the bags from my car and emptied them for me, returning my bags so I could reuse them. Excellent service!

I recently purchased a replacement sash lock
I recently purchased a replacement casement lock for an older window. The ease of navigating the Swissco parts catalogue was an unexpected surprise.
Ordering was effortless as well.
The main reason for the great review is the superb customer service I received when my order was later than I had hoped.
Rhiannon responded immediately assuring me the order was on its way with the familiar delays due to Canadian postal processing.
Altogether the experience has been exceptional!
They sure do treat the customer as family.

Would recommend. Excellent customer service and fast shipping.
I purchased heavy duty drawer guides with metal backing for my dresser. The guides worked perfectly and were simple to install. Staff was very polite when I had called to confirm a product. The overall price was great as I was given a discount for buying multiple items. Shipping was fast. Will be doing further business with Swisco and I would recommend this family owned company to others.

Check SWISCO out first before you buy
Unbelievable customer service. Patient, responsive. You can ask them complicated questions, send pictures, and they will try to help you figure out what you need in terms of replacement hardware. If you get the wrong thing there is no charge for restocking. They have much lower prices for comparable items than the last company I bought hardware from. Highly recommended.
