SCAM. Beware

Very very pushy account manager always asking for more money, that I was losing opp to make ++++$ in Bitcoin. I tried to get another account manager but emails complaining about him went unanswered repeatedly. Initially made small gains but did not cash out then everything tanked and they unilaterally closed all of my contracts. I lost 3000$ They are not responding to my texts emails now.

No support or response to emails.
Once they get your money it all stops. I made a good profit in the first month but have now lost it all along with most of my equity. Hopefully I will be able to get back what little is left.
Swap fees seem to be charged at different times. I was told 6pm but yesterday it was 4:15 pm.
Phone calls always come from different numbers. Strange and their autobot doesn't respond.
At this point I can only right this off to " a life lesson".

I have never had such horrible and rude service before. I opened an account with them, and because I hadn’t logged into my account they kept calling me. I had a family emergency and didn’t have time to do so. They were rude and pushy, and are now ignoring my request to close my account and refund my balance.

It has been the most aggressive phone harassment I ever got in my lifetime which is a proof that this company promises very doubtful products/services and their caller does not take a NO for an answer. In less that 2 hours I have been called from numbers from various countries ( UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Netherlands) always the Polish caller whom I told already on Friday that I didn't want to be pressured and she was so insisting that doubts on this company credibility came up. This has been confirmed today. No serious financial company proceeds with such an harassment. Once I had blocked all UK numbers, this Woman continued calling my mobile phone from numbers with other country codes. Be very careful! She was not even scared off when I told her that I would report her for harassment (12 calls after a NO and DONT CALL ME ANYMORE is harassment.
I will now screen print all the calls and their duration and will report this company at the police station.

Just like other possibly corrupt companies/organizations, it would seriously take braindead people to not contact the police to finish these immoral pieces of s**t, but that can be an opinion/point of view, I won't be done for, if a miracle occurred, possible libel

Register with a secondary email and contact information. They will call and email non stop until you block them or transfer funds. Everything that you read about them about being a scam is true.

Stay away from the platforms mentioned above and if you are already in there, your situation can still be fixed. In our case we would still be stuck if recoverytemple.tech did not handle our case.

CREDIT CARD COMPANY BLOCKED TRANSACTION AS A POTENTIAL SCAM - Was directed to this site through facebook ad talking about purchasing the Chinese Yuan cryptocurrency - they claimed to be a brokerage firm - had to listen to sales pitch by persistent salesperson.

Keep calling me to activate trading account which I never registered for.
Asked to remove my personal details but they refused.

This a SCAM watch out
Reason 1- they constantly call you even when you say no thank you
#2 when you call the multitude of #s they use 613 Ottawa area code the numbers are not in service. What kind of legit company does this.
#3 These SCAMMERS are very pushy they literally insult you, again what kind of legit trading company does that.
#4 when your on Facebook and there is an add for example Bit Code ( 4star ) when you click on it it takes you to their SCAM site, these SCAMMERS actually post these adds and divert you to their SCAM site.
BE VERY CAREFUL FOLKS

Phoney company posing as a a legitimate broker.

They are part of the YuanPay Group scam.
They pretend they are based in Switzerland but are actually scammers based in Iceland. BEWARE!!!!!
