Adil has been fantastic

Adil has been fantastic. He explained all the options available to my very elderly father & kept in touch with me too. He was knowledgeable, patient and very understanding and didn't put pressure on us to make a quick decision. He is a sort very hard to find these days. I was in sales myself & very aware of the pressure to make a sale! He was not like that & therefore earnt our trust. I'd like to thank him for all he has done & for his patience & kindness. Thank you Adil.

Swish is a great product

Swish is a great product. We contacted the company rep Paul Tong who was very honest in his description of his broad band package. He told us about swish and their fibre product, how soon we could expect the installation and he was spot on.
The fibre broad band package arrived in two weeks as agreed and was efficiently installed by two great engineers. Harry and Scott who completed the installation in one and a half hours which included the upgrading of our house phone to the new voip system.
We would definitely recommend Swish broad band, Paul Tong and not forgetting Harry and Scott.

It is my first contact with Swish so I can’t comment on customer service once I am a paying customer but Asim was very helpful, answered all of my questions and was calm and informative throughout the conversation.

Great experience

Had initial issues with signal and connectivity. Swish Fibre reached out and engineers came and have solved the problem instantly. Impressive signal and really fast. Incrediblely pleased with the customer service provided!

had the router for 5 weeks before it…

had the router for 5 weeks before it died randomly and we were informed that we were going to have to get a new one installed.we were promised 120mbps and never once got this amount, only around 30. called up to ask about this and told we would receive another plume pod to help solve this which we still haven’t received after 4 weeks. would not recommend
