Great service from Tommii
Following a power cut my internet wasn’t working. I phoned customer service and spoke with Tommii. They were polite, courteous, friendly and most importantly efficient.
They knew exactly what to do and within 10th a my service was up and running again.
They took the time to email me with details of what to do if the service stops again.

Tommii's efforts to get my 35-year landline number ported from BT have paid off, helped by Sarah-Jayne who stepped in of her own initiative when Tommii was ill. We now have a date for the porting across and a happy customer.

Good, reliable service
Overall fantastic service and no problems over a number of years, however, signed up to new roll-out at a favourable rate. When their rate structure adjusted and I could get the same service for less, they never contacted me or advertised it to an old client, with them for a few years. I could have saved a few pounds per month.

I could get through promptly on the telephone and was not kept waiting at any time. The arrangement for having Firbre installed was made quickly. The agent I spoke to was polite and did not rush me at all. Very good.

18 Great Months.
Connie was fantastic. Called to check my options for renewing my agreement as I was coming out of my minimum term, and was delighted with the service. Connie was brilliant, explaining my options and putting the new package in place quickly. Great internet BUT.
The full fibre Internet is great cant fault it.
I have had to wait a long time to get my old number ported across (1 month so far)
While the customer support team are friendly I got nowhere until I spoke to Sue who has helped sort the problem and issued a free month service.
The installation i have to say was very poor. Done with no care or pride.
