Unfortunately normal banks do not care and that’s if you can actually speak to someone. So, I put it out there via various channels to see who can help. I am relentless and do not give up. After a weeks worth of intense energy SWISHFUND have delivered what I need. The complete process was very easy and WITHIN 24 hours of me deciding that is what I required. The team are friendly and the video call was great and very reassuring. As with anyone it’s always a two way risk on day one. I now have my money and already plotting and planning BUT BETTER STILL I now have a future partnership to assist with growth, new opportunities and the rewards that come with it. Life is a layer cake !!

Swishfund initially was a great partner to have a relationship with. I was both excited and thrilled to be working with them. I spoke to Justin originally over a zoom call who was extremely detailed and efficient in how he conducted himself.

Moving forward some time since working with swishfund. I was contacted twice to reapply, initially I was not in need of the help at the time. We have now passed the Xmas period and I noticed there email and reapplied. after several days and emails (attempting to get their attention they finally replied. Unfortunately it’s not the right time. Matthew the head of sales was no less than awful in their approach, willingness to help, and overal care for the transcation. Their lack of interest, sad and bitter replies, certainly make me feel uncomfortable and uneasiee particularly when it was a sensitive occasion. Care and correct handling is required. I wouldn’t recommend them on this basis of how this member made me feel, and also the limited and lack of replies. It seemed like he had no intention to help us with our queries and business. The process was also extremely lengthy and not streamline. Felt like he forgot about us until I enquired again.

Never an easy process - speaking to finance houses. But I found the team at Swishfund incredibly friendly, patient when I messed up the paperwork and super easy to chat to.
