DHL will request a payment for customs Duty

Just inform you that you may be asked by DHL to pay customs duty depending on where you live. I paid £42 to DHL to release the goods from customs as uk isn’t part of EU. So adding on £10 - £15 per bottle of fragrance is what it works out to be. They do not mention this clearly and it’s very misleading. Tbh this is the first time I’ve paid customs duty on an online order out of 5000 plus orders online. It just seems very odd and misleading. I would recommend that you do not buy anything and buy off legit websites even if you have to pay more

“Absolutely terrible customer service

“Absolutely terrible customer service! They take forever to reply and are completely unhelpful. I asked them to modify my address, and they flat-out refused, insisting I do it myself, even though the carrier said only the shipper could make the change. They ignored me, and I had to cancel the payment through my bank. Avoid Swiss Arabian at all costs—they don’t care about their customers!”

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. 2 times i have been ordering samples from them, first around 20, and paid around 23 pounds, second around 17 pounds with less samples, and now i have been asked just for few , around 7 and after i send emails and messages, they respond to me after 3 days and they asked me to pay around 50 pounds . This is a joke. They asked me to pay for less than half samples more than double . Don't recommend. Looks like now a days everyone is trying to steal your money and take advantage. Big shame.

What a joke

What a joke. Three emails ignored. The telephone number listed doesnt work and the Watsap wont deliver. Stunned that nowhere in the buying and paying process does it give any indication of delivery time ! Like none. It simply doesnt refer to it. No options and not even a bloody estimate of delivery time. Its all a bit pathetic really

STEER CLEAR WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

This company has THE worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered over $350 dollars of products from them to be delivered to the uk from their US branch. They deliberately misled me into thinking that some lighters that I ordered could be shipped. Only to be held back at the courier because they weren’t allowed on the courier plane. After I spoke with them about it they said it was a miscommunication. Additionally I paid a delivery fee initially but the weight differed so they were supposed to be refunding me the difference in weight. I am awaiting a refund on the lighters and the delivery difference for over 4 months now since November. They have failed to contact me back after hassling them and I am at my wits end.

Wouldn’t recommend them, customer service shocking, resolution making terrible. Steer clear.
