I've had this luggage for the last 6 years. It's my best carry-on. Durable. I travel a lot. Never thought of leaving a review, but I must. The quality is great and I trust this brand.
Zero communication from 7 or 8 emails that I sent via one email
NOT what I was expecting from well known brand.
Does anyone has better contact for warranty for this brand?
*BUYER BEWARE* DO NOT BUY THIS LUGGAGE. There is no aftersales support and no warranty if the luggage breaks. It is at the same price point as honest brands that have warranties and legitimate customer service.
On October 31, 2024, I bought three pieces of the style Amsterdam in Panamá while traveling.
After using the suitcase 3 times for 2.5 months, while traveling on Jan 12, 2025, the 20" carryon malfunctioned at the time of boarding the aircraft. Even after removing all my contents, the handle would not retract. Finally, I was able force the handle to retract to allow me to board the plane.
I am still waiting for a reply from the only email listed on their website and working to advise about the warranty options. The email listed on social media doesn't work.
I've been ripped off for $109 USD.
Shocking shocking shocking. Do not buy this brand of luggage. Both handles came off the suitcase (which was light) on very first use. Have had a similar experience as others with follow up and customer services. The only contact you can have with them is via the sales at swissbrandworld email address and you will get no response whatsoever.
It's like this company no longer exists. If it does, it has woeful customer service. I would give it no stars/minus stars if I could. Shocking
I have used a new hard case suitcase on just two trips, and a wheel fell off, and it is dented. There are no compatible wheels that I can find on Amazon. My spouse attempted to gently push the dent out ( airlines don’t cover this because they say it is easily pushed back out), and now there is a small hole in the bag. Lots of scratches after two trips. Very dissatisfied with this purchase. I can’t use it again, so it was a pretty expensive bag for what little use I was able to get.
The customer service from SwissBrand World is truly appalling. I've now sent at least 5 emails to their sales @ swissbrandworld as there is NO phone number listed on their website to contact them. All I want is to get a spare wheel for a ranger hardshell case as one came off after just one trip, and their cases are far too expensive to bin after one use. I even tried emailing from a different account just in case it went into their junk to give them another chance. ZERO response in over a month of trying. By the way - I tried to email the other info@ email for swiss brand and it comes back as blocked, so just no way in getting in touch with them at all. And the spare wheels from Amazon are not compatible - and don't fit. Just poor.
Shocking quality control and even worse customer service, not a phone number to call only an enquiry service. Purchased a suitcase for my holiday on its first trip the wheel broke off, emailed in asking for a spare wheel to even fix myself (pretty reasonable, not like I’m asking for a full refund) and I’ve had no reply in little under a month. 1 star is generous
So I bought a new backpack from this brand SwissBrand which was supposed to be a good quality brand. However after my first use of the backpack and even though I only put a laptop and its charger in it, the shoulder strap was torn up, during the first use, can you imagine.
Of course I contacted the company by email, facebook, instagram and their website and I had 0 replies.
