I ordered the stir fry which I guess is only on in the summer. It was a chicken stir fry and the chicken in the dish was all dark meat, hard pieces that appeared to be cut up chicken legs. I expected that this kind of dish would be white meat. Very disappointed in this. The server was very nice which is the reason I gave some stars

My husband and I were “left out” a while for service and then came to us the beautiful Noor with a charm that made us feel like we own the restaurant ! Best waitress with all the qualities to spread happiness around her !
She is absolutely a joy, so patient, caring and kind !
That restaurant hired a Jewel , bless her heart !

We love our server named Nura who is currently working at a Mississauga location - what an amazing person she is is. She always greets us with a smile and a hug and we always get excellent service from her. She is so awesome that we’ve followed her from 2 other locations she worked at that were closed down and we’ve gone to SC more often because of her. We hope she gets hired at the new Mississauga location that is currently being built at the Meadowvale Town Centre as she will be nothing but a great asset for them.

Maria was a great host very friendly and curtious I especially love her sence of humor she was very quick with our service in every respect and was very patient with my husband and his little joking around while we were being seated and she even went along with him and is joking in a friendly manner all around it was as always a good dinner with great service

We enjoyed our experience at Swiss chalet. We heard that they are looking at closing down the franchise and we were very sad about that because I’ve been going to Swiss chalet since I was a child. We had an amazing server named Katerina and she stayed late just to keep us company. She was really delightful. The food was great too on top of the service. Overall it was a great experience at Swiss chalet. I recommend it to others!

Ordered the new shrimp meal and found the shrimp undercooked and chewy - not much flavour. Not worth the price or experience to reorder.

Picked up my food last night from 17th St in Edmonton. Chicken was absolutely delicious but the fries were definitely less than. They got hard very quickly which was strange. Never had hard fries before. They were not good

We’re so busy I had to go in and get my order. Secondly it was cold when I got home (which is a 7 min trip) fries were disgusting stale could not eat them. I had 3 orders to white chicken and thought I’d give the ribs a try were was the meat?? I paid more for them than the chicken what a rip off there was hardly any meat on them. Sauce was cold as well very disappoint. This Swiss chalet is a hit or miss experience not likely to order again.

Since the pandemic, the service at two Swiss Chalet locations we have been to in Oakville, ON are terrible! My husband and I waited forever for our food last night, and the drinks came after the appetizer. The waitress said they were run off their feet on the other "busier" side of the restaurant, and take-out and delivery were backed-up. The restaurant was NOT busy. You could hear a pin drop in there. I think she was just lazy, and would just disappear for long periods of time. If you don't like your job, and don't want to work somewhere, might I suggest leaving that job open for someone who does!!

Our service was a wonderful experience. The host was very pleasant, provided us with quick service and the was great.

Ordered a family meal from Bedford highway swiss chalet.
Fries were OK baked potato was OK but chicken left a weird after taste. Almost like chemical used to spray on the chicken.
Couldn't eat all of it.
As a couple on a pension we planned this as a treat. Very disappointed with the quality of the product.
Never again.

We arrived at Swiss Chalet, on Manning Rd. shortly after 7 pm Sunday evening. We stood at the reception area waiting to be seated for close to 5 minutes without being seen. We were about to leave but I decided to walk toward the kitchen door where a worker putting ice in a bin saw me and I asked if we could be seated as we had been waiting for quite a while. She apologized and picked up some menus and escorted us to a booth.
We waited for at least 5 to 8 minutes without anyone approaching us to take our order. We put our coats on and left. I guess Swiss Chalet doesn't need the business. Won't be going back for a long time.

Completely messes up our order! Drove back to get all the missing items and asked for a credit because all the food was cold after having to drive back to collect missing items. Was told sorry, here's some soup! unbelievable! What's happening to customer service! Lost a customer! Terrible!

We ordered take-out from Bowmanville location. Upon arriving home we discovered our paid-for order was very wrong. One phone call, and a 20 minute wait for delivery fixed the problem.

I haven’t ordered at this Rexdale location for months and months because the food is sub standard .
I ordered the double leg dinner and the legs were on top of one another . The top leg was excellent . When I got to the bottom leg it was half the size , kept warm or reheated so many times that the skin was so……..tough , you couldn’t eat it . I only lost $1.80 for the second leg , so it didn’t bother me so much .
I have ALWAYS had sub standard chicken at this location and the owner had compensated me ( overcooked, over heated , fatty ,extremely small size etc. )
I just miss Swiss chalet , however it will be many months before I will again have that urge .
I just wish ( and I have mentioned many times ) that I could order from another Swiss chalet .I don’t drive so I can’t even pick it up .

The food and coffee were lukewarm and overcooked, longtime staff who used to work there have been replaced, the utensils were dirty, and the service was super slow. I have never waited an hour to be served, but did this time. Others too. Small tables were served before our group of 5 and 2 groups of 8. I have been to this Walker Rd. location in Windsor many times and would normally be served in 10-15 minutes. This restaurant was not that busy and had empty tables. Never returning here till the rude, inefficient manager is replaced. Most in my group could not eat their cold dinner and never received a requested replacement. One had no fork and when asked for one at reception was told no!! She had to repeatedly ask for her take out order. We refused to pay (never done that before) and the manager told us, in an angry voice, to “Leave”, twice!!

The time it took from the restaurant to be delivered to my place took 90 minutes and they missed one item in the order which was a cup of soup. The food was lukewarm upon arrival.

Usually we love Swiss Chalet on Queenston Rd , Hamilton but the last two times, the chicken was extremely dry! Chicken use to be juicy! Perhaps a new cook? Perhaps old chicken?This time the fries were good but last time they were also dry! We aren't ones to write a review like this but are really dissatisfied! Sad because we have always loved Swiss Chalet!

I order online to pick up at the location on Fairway Kitchener. Everything was really good except that we didn't get any butter for the dinner rolls or ketchup. Thank you, we will order again in the future.

picked up swiss chalet on dec 24' 4 meals dropped one off to a relative then proceded home to enjoy our meal our meals were discusting our three meals were very under cooked and unedible my partner also thought they tasted old when we talked to our realitive next day they said same thing so i know it wasnt just us this retaurant is in uxbridge ontario once before they sent my order without the chalet sauce i am done with swiss chalet garbage food and they dont care
