I regret investing here. My account ended up restricted and I couldn’t withdraw my funds despite repeated attempts. It became a very frustrating experience until ċlot^ttèr^wavês intervene and got my money out.

I want to share my experience with Swissfs/Fx, also known through names like swisscapital.fm and swisscapital.ae. These platforms are all connected, and what I went through with them was nothing short of devastating.

When I first joined in July, the website looked polished and professional. It gave me the impression that I was stepping into a legitimate trading opportunity. At the start, the numbers on my account showed profits, and I believed I was making smart financial moves. In reality, those figures were manipulated to convince me to deposit more money. Every time I tried to withdraw, my requests were blocked, and instead I was pressured to send additional funds. What looked like growth was nothing more than a trap designed to drain my savings.

By the time I realized what was happening, it was too late. I had already lost $110,000. As someone older and retired, with little knowledge of how these platforms operate, the shock and despair were overwhelming. Still, I refused to give up. I reported the case to authorities in Dubai and Switzerland, since the company claimed to be regulated by FINMA at one point. It turned out that Swissfs/Fx was not registered, not regulated, and had no real offices in either country. That made prosecution extremely difficult.

Eventually, a senior official referred me to HBPF-HOLDINGS . With their guidance, every deposit I had made was traced and returned. The only reason this was possible was because I had kept detailed records—client IDs, chat logs, call recordings, and receipts. Those documents became crucial evidence in the investigation and ultimately helped me recover my funds.

This entire ordeal was a painful lesson. What seemed promising quickly turned into one of the worst financial decisions of my life. If you are considering Swissfs/Fx, please be cautious. My story shows how dangerous these schemes can be and how much persistence it takes to fight back. Without timely intervention, I would have lost everything.

There is already a class action lawsuit and ongoing legal proceedings against them. More victims need to come forward, share their experiences, and join the effort to hold this company accountable.

Overall several months, I've dealt with support on a few occasions. Once for a margin question, and once to reissue a password. Each time, the staff were friendly and resolved issues an a few hours.

They are a criminal organization that post on media opportunity to making money and to become reach by only invest a small amount. once you invest, they make you to see on the platform your money double and triple in a few weeks then they ash to invest more. and want your money through a different system of money transfer to not be tracking, to convince you, they will sent to yo fake information. they will make you to see your investment grooving but once you ask to whit draw they not let you to login anymore and when there are several complaint on pager like here at the Trustpilot they change the webpage. once your money gone, they will contact you again pretending to be another business that will recovering your money, still another scam. Not waste money with them. if you want to invest use a reputable platform. All positive review are made by themselves.

Friendly support team, helpful

Customer service is generally helpful. I emailed a couple of times and got a reply within 24 hours. Live chat responses are quick during Gulf working hours, though it was sometimes offline late at night. The person manager will even call you back if needed.

I was disappointed there were no crypto pairs. They only offer forex, indices, stocks, commodities, and ETFs. For a trader used to crypto, this is a limitation Overall that's a good broker for FX trading that accepts paypal

I think SwissFS is satisfactory but not exceptional. I kept using it because withdrawals work and support responded to issues. However, traders used to modern platforms or huge bonuses won’t find much excitement here. For normal forex and CFD trading on MT4, it’s a serviceable choice.

They accept PayPal which is rare. But no crypto!!!

Not all needed info on the site can be found. Contacted support and they answered pretty fast regarding trading conditions, spreads, accounts and leverage Hope they will update the site with needed info.

Tight spreads and low fees! Easy interface, fast withdrawals.

There are indices and stock cfds (like US30, UK100, Tesla, Apple). The spreads on indices are decent. recommend swissfs.
