I am literally fuming right now at how BAD the customer service is at this company. I ordered some Swiss Hot Chocolate to give to my husband as a Christmas present and IT NEVER ARRIVED, despite the fact that I ordered it well in advance of the holiday. They rarely update me and are not giving me a refund (even though it's been over 2 months), just insisting that they need to check with their shipping company. What a joke. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. And isn't it ironic that it's a Swiss company? Maybe just their clocks, watches and trains run on time. They need to figure out customer service, too. I mean, put your customer first at the very least, and if you screw up, don't blame the customer, issue a refund. No, I DO NOT recommend ordering from this company, like EVER.
