When my watch (Zenith Shadow Revival) arrived, there was a small defect with one of the chrono pushers; Daniel immediately took steps to resolve the issue, and was in constant communication with me. He sent a replacement watch within a couple days.

All in all, a great and honest guy, who will give you a fair price and make sure you are taken care of!
