Swiss Paraglide was started by Chris Banford, a Swiss-American tandem, cross-country and competition pilot who has lived in Zermatt for over 40 years. Zermatt is renowned as one of the best places in the world to with a tandem paraglider, with unparalleled views of the highest mountains in the Swiss Alps. Paragliding in Interlaken is okay, but Zermatt is much better!

I had the most incredible experience…

I had the most incredible experience with Chris from Swiss Paragliding Zermatt. Before the flight, I had so many nervous questions, but Chris answered every single one perfectly, making me feel calmer and more excited with each response. I felt completely safe in his hands, and this once-in-a-lifetime experience couldn’t have been better. Seeing Zermatt from above was next-level wow, and I had so much fun the entire time. If you're thinking about paragliding, I highly recommend trying it—especially with Chris!

I have the most beautiful time and…

I have the most beautiful time and flight with Chris. GOD, what an experience. I’m the happiest person in the world. If you wanna see Zermatt from the above, have a wonderful and funny flight, this is your sign to do it with Chris. He’s full of joy, takes the best pictures and tells u lots of things of Zermatt. Thank you Chris for making such an unforgettable experience. Gracias!!!
