I would recommend this product if you need to monitor your lipid profile
Everything worked fine so far.
1. The ordering process was very easy, selecting the product, payment etc was totally hassle free.
2. Delivery was expedited and the product was delivered within two days, even there were initial disclaimers because of covid19 restrictions.
3. The testing procedure has been explained in detail. The initial setup of machine is also easy. Just that it involves some careful reading or watching some videos over the YouTube. I wasted one safety lancet, but rest was easy
4. There was Everything provided in the order, right from lancet, manuals, machine, capillaries and test strips. It made things very streamlined
5. Testing is a five minute job and an easy job. Just follow the procedure and you would be done.
What's most remarkable about the whole process is the support and concern of Swiss Point of Care to ensure that the user has been able to use the product. Really good job

Not as easy as 1-2-3 but ok if you watch the videos
The device works properly and the results are clear. However, the user manual is thorough, long to read. Fortunately, SPC has created 2 video's to explain how to setup the device, and then how to perform a blood test. Mandatory to watch as it reduces the learning time immensely! Still, my 1st test was not readable: error E-1 or E-5 because not enough blood on the tester probably. Second test was fine. Do NOT forget this is theoretically reserved to health professionals. But all in all, very precise measurements and relatively easy to use once you are familiar.

I ordered the GK Dual keto/gluco meter from swiss point of care website, the package came from the Netherlands to France in just a couple days. After testing the meter works well on a control solution, I tested my blood 3 times and got 7.8 as a first measurement (did not put enough blood) then 'HI' 2 times, I reached out to their support team for an explanation, and they had the kindness to reach me out by phone to warn me that my value is intriguing and that I have to take it seriously... best support team ever! (cheers to Ben), they literally saved me from a potential tragic outcome. Otherwise the meter is precise and works perfectly in both keto/gluco modes, definitely recommend!

Unfortunately we weren't able to give you the 5-star experience you may expect from us. We will always do our upmost best to deliver to the UK as soon as possible.
Your order from the 5th of July has been handed over to our carrier on the 9th. On the 12th the parcel has arrived in the UK. Due to the brexit your parcel first has to go through customs. Unfortunately we can not speed up this process and therefor do not know how long this will take.
