Apply With Your Hands NOT an Applicator
I was initially really disappointed with this product but decided to go to YouTube to see if I was doing something wrong and as it turned out I was. I used an applicator at first which didn’t work well as the applicator would eat up the product and dry out. The Best way to apply the product is to rub in to your hands and literally use your hands to wipe over the panel. The result was outstanding. I am really impressed with this even at £85 fir a 50ml pot.

Swissvax product not shipped
I order a product on 21st March. I was informed by email that the item had been shipped. However I had not received it by 27th March. I contacted DHL and was informed that Swissvax has not arranged pick yet. I tried calling Swissvax and just got an answering service. I emailed and Wayne email me back and apologise. He says he has refunded me the shipping cost. Hoping to get delivery today. Still disappointed that the problem wasn't picked up earlier but I suppose these things happen. I have updated my rating. Wayne has pulled out all the stops to sort things out. Many thanks.

The delivery service you use does not…
The delivery service you use does not knock on the door if package will not pass through the letterbox they take it away again. They email to say that will redeliver between specific times and then turn up several hours before the designated time and leave a note to say they could not deliver. I paid for next day delivery????
