Bought a few items from Swissvax…
Bought a few items from Swissvax recently. The products are expensive but very good quality. A few products are not their own brand and you will be paying a bit more than elsewhere. I made a mistake with one order so I contacted them by email and they responded and acted immediately.
I am impressed with Swissvax products and will continue using them.

Poor gift card design
Very happy with the service. But as this is a “gift voucher” I would have appreciated a much better certificate to give to my friend other than a simple piece of paper printed from my own machine 😕

I am sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the design of the gift voucher you have received via our new website, since we changed platforms from our old site to our new one, this system unfortunately to my knowledge does not allow us to use our Swissvax design as per the logo upon purchasing to automatically send to you, we used to previously post out a printed certificate with code, however customers wanted this immediately there and then which I understand, I can by all means send one out to you should this not be to late for your gift?
I will also let the team know that we shall also email a copy of our certificate for printing off until we find an alternative, as I agree its much nicer than a printed piece of paper from Shopify.
Despite this I am happy to hear that you were happy with our service from us here at Swissvax U.K, and kindly ask that you may reconsider your 1 star as for our little company here in the UK this massively effects us, I agree we have fallen short of your 5 star expectation and I am happy to try our best to resolve and make a change moving forward.

I've been usìng Swissvax products for over 10 years now and 95% of it is absolutely brilliant. If you have a nice car and want to keep that way, or even improve it, use Swissvax. You won't be disappointed. The only down side is the cost but, as they say, you get what you pay for!

The goods are fine
The goods are fine. The disappointment lies only with dhl. Promising a Friday delivery and requiring a signature. No delivery, then no service sat and sun and blaming on COVID?
Monday delivery was fine. If you can’t offer the delivery you shouldn’t advise differently.

1 star review, despite the goods being fine from us, We dispatched your items the same day instead of Friday as good gesture in time for the weekend, usually delivery is 3-5 working days, unless next day is purchased, no one likes to wait in and the delivery not arrive I agree completely how frustrating this is, unfortunately I cannot answer for their actions.
As you can imagine a 1 star review is really tough for our very small company here in the U.K, we really do try very hard in all aspects of our business from product selection, guidance to delivery in excellent condition to all of our customers.
