Excellent Service and Support

The customer and support from Sebb Group was excellent. They kept us fully informed as to what was going to happen and when. A pleasure to deal with the staff on the phone too. Exceptional Customer Service from Caroline...

Caroline is an asset to your organisation. Her personal service levels towards our charity organisation have been exceptional throughout our enquiry and we really do appreciate ALL of her efforts on our behalf. Problem solved!

Problems with our wifi dropping out were investigated at length by Lee Clark, a solution provided and very clear instructions given to set the equipment up.

Great support provided

I needed help to cancel a phone contract as, for some reason, I couldn't do this online. After a lot of patience trying different solutions Kim helped resolve the issue. I have always dealt with Kim regarding our account and found her to be dependable, trustworthy and extremely helpful. Some of the issues we have had haven't always been straight forward but we can always rely on Kim to sort things out and she is a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent Service

From ordering the broadband, through delivery and installation Lee was always very helpful and on the ball. Everything went really well .
After the installation I wanted the router name and password changed to make it easier for our users to see the router and login. I sent an email to Lee with my query and he was able to change them for very quickly, even producing a QR code to make it simpler for people to access the router for the first time.
A first rate job, no problems since, we couldn't be happier.

Wonderful customer service

As a charity, we are always looking to reduce costs. Our telecoms contract was about to end so l contacted SwitchAid who, within an incredibly short period of time, identified exactly the most appropriate service for us and arranged to upgrade the equipment. Kept us informed at every stage of the process and we now have fully functioning telecoms with a very significant monthly cost reduction. Our thanks to Karen and Lee for looking after us so well.

Technical issues

I contacted this company after being frustrated at not finding the information I required from a sister company. I spoke with Kim who listened to my exasperations concerning an ongoing technical issue. Not only did she respond to the request for help, she went over and above to make sure everything was sorted. She also showed extreme patience in dealing with my lack of IT skills. All was sorted to my satisfaction. Communication was exceptional and I was kept well informed on how the case was progressing until it was resolved. Hooray! She also helped with a minor additional technical hiccup which was way beyond her initial brief. Highly recommended. Thank you Kim

Great support and value

Support from SwitchAid have offered an impressive level of support and value, considering the small size of our organisation. Nathan and Kim were incredibly supportive throughout the quote and switching process. Their patience during a slow internal decision making process, then quick responses to help us work to tight deadlines, was really appreciated.
