Poor Communication

Poor Communication, I had to chase them to find out what my renewal deal was, and didn't receive confirmation until the day after it was done. Ended up renewing with my existing supplier, made me wonder what I was paying them for!

Switch over was done but new company only mentioned electricity reading and did not include the gas reading. Emailed them...
