They withheld your funds and require KYC verification before releasing your crypto. BE WARNED!
Again, they charge your card, then require you with KYC in order to 'finalize' the transaction.
EDIT regarding Switchero's reply:
That's a lie! KYC was NEVER mentioned in the 'flow' during the payment process! It was straight forward until you CHARGED MY CARD. After getting my money I was faced with KYC requirement to release my crypto, ie ""finalize"" the transaction as Switcher calls it. That's deception folks!

This company can disconnect you without any warning. Appeals to the support service are also pointless, first they direct you to write to the post office, but no one will answer you there. Then after the fifth time they will answer you in online chat. My charitable foundation they disconnected from the collection of donations without any warning, this company is nothing! Zero service, zero service too!
