Blocked without any reason ( updated )
Yesterday i've registered a live account at Switch Markets. But after logged in to it i saw the paynent methods restricted for my account that was inconvenient for me. So i've sent them email with the request to close my account and delete my personal data. But i've found my email address blocked by them.
I was just lucky to having not sent them money yet.
So i wrote them via live chat to provide an explanation of such their action. I have not received any reason or explanation from their manager Danilo, he just said that will proceed with my request.
I asked to send me a confirmation via email once my account closed and my personal data deleted. But of course i have never received it.
If you are a client of this company i advise you to withdraw all your money because you can be blocked at any point without any reason and explanation.
Switch Markets could not be trusted never.
After the review was published i've received the msil from Trustpilot that Switch Markets requires more information and if will not provide it my review could be recognized as non genuine.
So i'm asking Trustpilot to allow the feature to attach the files to review to have possibilty to upload all the proves ( screenshots of my requests that were blocked by Switch Markets and the aftercoming conversation with their manager )

I was contacted by January Azulis who confirmed the cancellation of my registration as requested.

It is a not a regulated broker. Recently they opened a number of trades and closed them and caused my account to go into the negative and LIQUIDATED THE ACCOUNT. Such Scammers. I am looking into doing legal action against them.

Carlo was of great help both on the chat and on the email. I had two issues he helped with : money withdrawal stuck for technical issues and reactivation of a dormant account.
