Bought a shirt with them that was supposed to be a premium t-shirt. After a month and wearing it once, the graphic started peeling. I contacted their customer support and finally after a week they get back to me. They asked me to send pictures, which I did, then they tell me that they will send me a new one. I asked if they had my mailing info, no response. 10 days later, no response, no shirt. They have horrendous customer service.

I purchased a Tank as a gift for my son in very early May. Two days later I received an email saying it had shipped with the DHL tracking number. May 7th the update was that it had reached the facility and was on its way. It also said delivery would be May 13th to the 20th. May 20th came and went and no tank, no updated on DHL. I reached out to DHL they said to contact the shipper. I emailed "papa Swolio" and it took them days to respond, and that was after repeated sent emails begging for an update! When I finally received a response , they said it was still in transit and if i did not receive by the 13th of June to reach out. !3th of June came and went and nada. On the 14th I sent an email stating that I had not received and what was the next step, no response, on the 17th I sent another email asking for a refund cause this was beyond ridiculous, I got my refund. So pathetic!!! Worst customer Service. I really like his videos and was eager to support a small biz, however, this was too much. Be aware!

Love the support of the community and papa .It has changed my life all together .You get so much from it all.

Not for everybody but Swolenormous is the real deal.

What a joke! Paid for the 29 euro package but basicly you get stuff that u get for free and not anything that help u on your training program.

There is no refunds even not after 1 hour, because the 35 package would provide your needs and this was my interest into a monthly description. To bad they treat new customers like this, lost 29 euro but gladly I will never buy here again due poor service

Don't buy items from his website! Very very poor quality.

The fabric is very thin and it looks they just cut the material by hand with scissors. They call that "an edgy touch".

And when you find out by yourselves it's too late because above all they do NOT accept returns!!

This guy is the real deal! He tells you how it is bud how longevity works for fitness. Goes against the grain of others and really helps you understand the stepping stones to success.
