Swords Kingdom UK 

The sword I received from Swords Kingdom UK had multiple scratches and dents. The handle was loose, making it unusable. When I contacted customer support, they refused to replace the product or take responsibility. Complete waste of money.

This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had with an online retailer. Swords Kingdom UK took my money, sent me a defective product, and then ghosted me. I tried reaching out multiple times, but they just ignored me. The sword was in pieces when it arrived, and the box looked like it had been kicked down the street. Unbelievable!
This happened December last week

The Anduril sword I got from SwordsKingdom is a total joke. The materials are cheap and flimsy—it feels like a toy, not a collectible. The shipping was ridiculously slow, and it looked like they barely bothered with the packaging. It’s clear they don’t care about quality or their customers. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

I purchased the Anduril sword from SwordsKingdom, and I’m really disappointed. The material feels cheap and nothing like what was advertised—it’s more of a decorative piece than a proper collectible. On top of that, the shipping took forever, and the packaging was subpar. Definitely not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend buying from here

Having had the money taken from my account on the 16th December, I have still not received any tracking information. The email reply I had from the site assured me it had been posted and would arrive well before Christmas, but alas it is the 24th and it is not here. Having been unable to get in touch with the company, I have WhatsApped my order number asking for a refund. Will update if I have any luck, I will dispute through American Express.

UPDATED (SEE END): I had a deeply frustrating experience with Swordskingdom. I placed an order on December 11th, 2024, and despite multiple emails asking for updates, I was given vague assurances that my order had shipped—yet no tracking number was ever provided.

Eventually, they sent me a link to the Shop app, which revealed that my order was actually being shipped from a completely different website (swordforsale.co.uk) at a lower price than what I paid on their site. Not only was the order significantly delayed, but the lack of transparency about where the product was coming from felt dishonest.

Their lack of transparency, delayed communication, and dubious practices made this experience awful.

UPDATE: Arrived today 30/12/24 - Paid for engraving - nothing engraved. I still wouldn't recommend using this site because of the lack of/vague communication, but the item did arrive. I upped to 2 stars from 1, would have given 3 if the item was engraved, and would have given 4/5 for clear communication as I don't mind lateness; I just hate the blatant lies. Back down to 1 because they are tying to get this review removed.

I was given the same tracking number as another customer who has posted 4 hours ago. The tracking number says DPD do not have the parcel. Been told it will arrive well before Christmas. Going to see if I can file a chargeback.

Update - it's arrived today (Christmas Eve) it's the "deluxe leviathan axe" but it is loose, the top part has snapped off in transit and the paint quality on it is very poor. They are clearly not the ones in the photos and dropshipped.

Avoid this store.

I placed an order on this site at the beginning of the month using my card as they claimed PayPal was currently unavailable and received a confirmation email so thought everything was genuine.
A week later I was concerned I had no notification of dispatch and the site still said the order was processing despite my bank already being charged.
I sent them a message through their WhatsApp system and received a slightly grumpy reply saying DPD would be delivering and they gave me a tracking number.
A week on and the site still says processing, DPD don't have the item and I have just checked the street view of the address on the site to discover it was Fulham's football stadium.
Please stay far far away from this company, they are obviously a scam and I wish I had read the reviews before buying as the 5* reviews all appear to be fake bought reviews too.

Update!
I sent another message through their WhatsApp feature as the email didn't work and there is no contact telephone number for me to call. The response I received was laughable telling me I would receive my order well before Christmas, which is currently 4 days away and that I do not need to go anywhere else. No offer of a refund at all, and I have contacted my bank requesting they assist me with obtaining one. The DPD assignment number I was given 3037356543 is now not even registered to me and it is still showing that they have not received the item.

Slightly worrying that apart from the initial order confirmation there was no communication. However item turned up as described this morning (took about 9-10 days to ship). I guess we are used to next day delivery etc.. but honestly no real qualms apart from they advertise PayPal and then it’s not an option on the check out.

Ordered a champagne saber, arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. Had an email enquiry and got a prompt and helpful response.

Obviously a scam site, item was paid for and order confirmation emailed received. No Delivery and when I chased them, they asked for more money! Asked for refund and no reply. Instructed Credit Card Company to investigate and refund.

Order number (order #23226) and payment confirmation emailed on 9/12/24 - No reply.

They do not send out items, they won't reply to your emails and ignore your requests for a refund.

I wanted to order a Civil War sword but the PAYPAL option disappears at their checkout and asks for credit card details -er, don't think so...tried several times to message them, but 'message not sent' comes back ! Tried different avenues all no good, Now, after reading the reviews on here - bugger this for a lark, I'll buy elsewhere. Cheers !

Ordered it and 2 weeks later it has just arrived. what a brilliant sword, great quality and even added a stand at no cost. would use again.
