I have used this company for a number of years and they have been fantastic. However, on this occasion I found the website to me clunky and eventually when I found what I was looking for I placed my order and paid. That was on 4th April and was given a date for arrival of goods which was important to me as I needed them by 17 April. I then received an email on Saturday 13 April to say my payment was being returned. It took a whole 9 days to get back to me and now too late to order from other suppliers. I promptly called them on Monday morning but no reply and I left a message to a mailbox. As yet have not heard from them with regard to the order. Very disappointed on this occasion and they have always been fantastic. Not sure if they are going out of business perhaps? Hope they are okay and it has just been an error with a late reply.
