My service rep. Ms. Chu A. was great! I’m a first time small business owner and I purchased a couple of services I didn’t need( right now) and I was automatically charged. Chu was very professional and understanding. She not only refunded my money, but also went thru the other services I had on my account as well, making sure I understood what I agreed to. These reviews have to be fake. Nobody responds when you try to cancel Snapmailbox. And the bill keeps going up and up and they keep trying to charge you and yet they never respond to trying to cancel

Customer Rep - Ron was calm and confident
I appreciated Ron's tone and calm nature. He isolated the issue and went straight to the solution, without assigning blame. He also answered questions about my past orders patiently and thoughtfully.
I originally thought to cancel the service, but will continue because his professionalism, paitience, and quick responses made me feel confident about the service that I will receive going forward.
