I ordered the Model 08 Ottoman in Velvet Vine and overall I’m happy with the purchase. It arrived on time, was well packaged, and looks exactly as shown on the website. The quality feels good and it fits nicely in the space I had in mind. One thing worth noting is that I assumed “ottoman” meant it would include storage with a lift-up lid, but this model doesn’t have that. That’s on me to an extent, but it might be helpful if this was made clearer in the product description for others who might expect the same. Aside from that, I don’t have any complaints. The only slight downside is that it feels a little expensive for what it is, but the look and finish are definitely nice. Overall, a good product — just worth being aware that it’s not a storage ottoman.
