I left my review weeks ago - great product but simply awful white gloves delivery service from two grumpy guys who didn't know what they were doing, told me that my old sofa wouldn't get out of the house despite me telling them I'd put it in myself, rolled their eyes when I told them they needed to assemble the new sofa telling me they were running late and then they assembled the sofa wrong and I had to redo it. Swyft said they'd make it up to me but it's been a few months now so I'm not hopeful.
