Superb service and great products

Fantastic help was given by Daisy in your London showroom. Although we needed buying the model 4 sofabed through a different retailer we did buy the sideboard 01 direct. Both look outstanding.

Delivery was unbelievably quick and they unpacked it before they brought them inside meaning we didn’t have to dispose of a lot of cardboard. Highly recommended.

Love my new armchair

Love my new armchair, bought in the sale so very pleased with the saving.
Delivery on time and guys put together for the extra charge .As was so easy next time I will definitely do myself. Great experience always a bit wary buying furniture online but very happy.

Beautiful Product & Excellent Service

I ordered the model 10, a 3 seater sofa with ottoman in velvet vine. Amazing product, quality seem premium, hopefully it will hold up for long time as it looks great. The sofa and the ottoman are both spacious and comfortable, the build seems very sturdy.

I loved the express delivery by their delivery partner AIT. I was kept posted at all times, and could track the driver until arrival, no surprises, no booking a day off just to wait for the sofa. I ordered on Monday late night and got it delivered on Wednesday early morning.

It was very easy to assemble, so much so, that I have done it entirely single-handedly. I loved that there was almost no plastic in packaging, at the exception of the small legs that were in bubble wrap each. Rest was all in cardboard boxes: 1 for ottoman, 2 for sofa.

I think it would be great if the company offered taking the cardboard boxes back and reusing. The quality of the cardboard is so good that it's a shame to just chuck it in the bin.

Great Quality

​I was initially hesitant about ordering furniture online without seeing it in person, but I am so glad I gave Swyft a try. The build quality of these chairs is outstanding—they feel sturdy, well-engineered, and built to last. Great sofa but service inconsistent

We love our Model 15 3-seater and ottoman in umber. It's great quality, a great colour and really comfortable.

Service-wise, we've experienced Swyft as quite inconsistent. We were told in-store when we bought the sofa that the delivery people would take the packaging away and dispose of it. On delivery day, however, the delivery people told us this was a paid-for service and that the sales staff should have made a note on the order if we wanted packaging removed. On the website, it says this is included as standard, so it seems there are communication issues between sales and delivery.

The ottoman was due to come after the sofa, and when it arrived, unfortunately it was the wrong colour. Swyft rectified this quite quickly and arranged for collection/delivery a couple of days later. We were told we could use the ottoman in the meantime and dispose of the packaging, however we didn't fully trust this and so did not unpack it. I'm glad we didn't as the delivery people called on their way to check the ottoman was packed and ready to go. They also did not remove the packaging for the new ottoman.

One of the feet of the ottoman was scratched, which I raised as an issue by email. I was told we'd be sent a new foot and I'd received a DHL tracking link shortly, however, after 5 days I hadn't received anything. When I chased on webchat, I was told the feet weren't in stock - I don't know that anyone would have told me this otherwise.

The communication issues make me concerned about what will happen if we have any issues with the sofa in the future, and I definitely wouldn't purchase from them again with this in mind.

Beautiful and comfy sofa, great customer service and delivery

My experience buying a Swyft sofa was excellent from start to finish. I tried out a Model 10 sofa at John Lewis and really liked it so I bought it online, which was very easy. I eventually changed my mind about the colour and asked their customer service team to change it, fully expecting to pay the difference, but they just swapped the colour without charging me. The delivery went smoothly and they unpacked the sofa in the exact spot I wanted, taking away all the packaging afterwards. The sofa is as stylish and comfortable as I’d hoped, so I highly recommend Swyft for anyone looking for a nice sofa.

Not impressed at all

Not impressed at all.

Ordered an item in the sale over a month ago that boasted "next day delivery" on the website, I was then informed my order would probably take about 4 weeks to arrive. This was fine as we could prepare for the order, not the end of the world.

Delivery week arrived and I received two confusing emails with two different delivery dates, one of which was contrary to the original date that was confirmed, and unsuitable, as we are not in the country. After emailing customer service they assured me it was the initial date, not the second. We were waiting all day for the delivery yesterday only for a mattress topper we had ordered to arrive... no sofa. The delivery driver said there was another van coming with the sofa, which was clearly untrue. I email customer service again for them to tell me there has been a production delay, and the item hasn't even finished being produced, let alone sent! Again, they offered delivery for the date I have said multiple times isn't suitable, because we are not in the country. Still waiting to hear back, but 4 weeks for a small mattress topper and our sofa to have production delays, with zero communication... I won't be purchasing again from Swyft.

The delivery service was a complete…

The delivery service was a complete shambles. Not only was my interior wall light shattered by the delivery persons, but the interior walls were scraped and wood on my stairs was scratched. Persons were not up to the physical job of moving the boxes, sadly. Delivery People had no respect for our hous and would not engage with how to put a claim in about the damage. Once we had the sofa in the right room, the instructions to put it together were so small and badly drawn that it took a lot longer than you would think! Definitely a two-person job, and both need to be strong and able to manoeuvre the couch bits even from the boxes! I would say the finished product was fine, but I think once you order the sofa, any aftercare is lacking. Why doesn't Swyft make an instructional video that could be sent out a few days before delivery instead of these tiny (useless!) drawings crammed on one tiny paper? I am mixed about the whole experience, and the 2k pricetag seemed to be a bit much for all of that!

I’m extremely disappointed with my…

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering a sofabed from Swyft.

To begin with, the sofabed was not delivered as originally planned, and I received no communication from customer service about the delay. I had to chase this up myself, which was already frustrating.

After speaking with management, the delivery was then rescheduled for a month later. I was clearly promised that I would be kept informed of any changes and that communication would be consistent throughout.

I was expecting the sofa to arrive today, but once again, I’ve been let down. I’ve now been told it won’t arrive until next week, with no prior notice.

This level of service is extremely poor. I feel disappointed and upset, especially as this was my first order with Swyft—and unfortunately, it will likely be my last.
