We bought a fabulous piece of aluminum…
We bought a fabulous piece of aluminum garden furniture. After being disappointed by the quality of another well known supplier and returning damaged items we went to swyft. It arrived in perfect condition and well packaged. Great quality. Really like the delivery tracking.

In-store experience was great, but...
In-store experience was great. Very helpful staff who explained the ordering and delivery options. Communications continued to be good and the sofa was delivered, assembled, with rubbish and old sofa removed to a high standard. Only one problem. You sent the wrong colour. I ordered indigo and got teal. I invited some friends over to give my eyes a reality check. They all agreed it was teal, so it's not just me. Fortunately for you, I was tossing up between indigo and teal when I ordered it, so I'm not sufficiently concerned to demand a replacement, but you need to know that you've suffered a serious lapse in quality control and I would therefore be cautious about buying from you again.

Not only is the couch stunning, the delivery people were outstanding!!
I have been researching couches for 6 weeks and it’s perfect for size, comfort and style.
The delivery men were on time, great communication and couldn’t be more helpful.
I paid for the assembly and they completed that in less than 15 minutes so when my day finished, I had a beautiful voucher ready and waiting.

Model 04 - a superb sofa bed…
The order process and communication thereafter was spot on, the delivery window accurate and the sofa bed is as expected - brilliant! Goes together very easily, only one bit of the assembly would be easier with two people rather than one, but all pretty simple.

Great sofas and customer service
The team at Swyft have been great. I had been thinking about buying the model 10 in Vine whilst it was on sale but missed out on the sale price. After getting in contact they agreed to honour the sale price which was helpful after having recently moved. The sofa itself is not only beautiful but comfortable! Delivery was quick but I would recommend asking the delivery team to remove the boxes to make assembly easier. And you will need two people to put it together. If I needed another sofa, I would be more than happy to purchase from Swyft again!

In the end the sofas were delivered and…
In the end the sofas were delivered and look great and removal went smoothly but there were issues along the way with my order.
Initially ordered on line - great service particularly in the chat function - as I wanted reassurance that my existing sofa would be able to be dismantled as I didn’t believe it could be removed in one piece through the door. Clarified this before placing my order also received a follow-up email from the customer support person reassuring me the information would be passed on.
I picked a specific time and date for delivery.
In the week leading up to the delivery, I chased to confirm that my requests read the removal of the old sofa had been passed on as was frustrated not to get this reassurance.
With regards to the delivery itself I received the text message the night before and an email telling me exactly what time the sofa would be delivered and then the following morning I received an email telling me that the delivery was not happening.
I was extremely annoyed as I had specifically chosen a time and date when I would be available. I would like to credit Jack the assistant manager at Swyft who I dealt with who was extremely patient and very solution focused and also asked lots of questions about the existing sofa that needed to be removed including asking for photographs so I really was left feeling like everything was finally in hand. He was going on holiday but assured me that this would be passed on and I would be contacted. That unfortunately did not happen which was again very frustrating however it seems like Jack did do everything from his side and everything was passed on and the rearranged delivery went really smoothly.
Overall I was really pleased the modular design is a great solution and the sofa looks great but it seems to definitely be work to be done on the communication side.

I was kept informed of the delivery time.The item was unpacked with all packaging taken away and it was put in the room of my choice.The guys were very polite and took care not to catch the walls when carrying the item upstairs. Highly recommended
