Hands off!!! Portuguese shell company. Goods were never delivered. Support is unreachable—either via the provided numbers or in writing—despite multiple warnings. The phone numbers don't even exist. I'm stuck with the costs. Scammers!

Still haven't received my order after more than 2 months
I still haven't received my order. This is my first ever review, as I don't tend to write any. However, this experience really made me write one. They have changed the delivery date for the fifth time now. Every time I contact them, they offer me a refund of 70€, which I believe is really nothing considering the fact that I paid a four digit amount TWO MONTHS ago. By the way, the phone number they provide does not exist, which makes it even harder to contact them, same goes for the contact details of the delivery company - very sketchy. When I check online, it now says that the product is not even available which really makes me start doubting the entire seriousness of this company. Would not recommend.

Never again!!
Ordered 4 Chairs and a TV Bank in the beginning of september. All articles should have been delivered in the end of October. Turned out, they just delivered the Chairs and said they have issues with the TV Bank (which was in stock when I ordered in September btw.).
TV Bank was finally delivered mid December, unfortunately broken! It got replaced mid January - guess what? BROKEN! Exactly at the same spot!
Customer service is very hard to reach and it takes ages to get support.
Sending back the TV Bank now and will never ever purchase again from Swyft!!
