My experience with this company has…Very bad

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.

I booked a car through their website and completed all the required procedures. After that, I was simply told to wait for a call. Days passed and nothing happened.

Every time I contacted customer service, I received the same response: “Please wait for a call.” No clear answer, no timeline, and no real support.

It has now been more than 5 days and I still have not received the car or any proper update about my order. For a company that claims to provide professional service, this level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable.

Customers deserve transparency, clear timelines, and proper follow-up. Unfortunately, none of that happened in my case.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. If you are considering dealing with this company, be prepared for possible delays and very poor communication.

I recently purchased a car from Syarah…

I recently purchased a car from Syarah App, and now my daily routine is to call them to report that the car has multiple issues, and they always say our representative will contact you. I even wrote about these issues on the form at the time of receiving the car. Their customer service is worse i have ever experienced. I would never recommend buying a car from them. Waste of both time and money.

I bought a car, with existing issues and experiencing very bad customer care service from Syarah

I bought a car, so called guaranteed from Syarah. They took 2 weeks to inspect the car and deliver to my location. However, the car came with many issues, which should have been identified during pre-delivery car inspection. I didn't return the car and decided to keep it. Since then, I have been send from one workshop to another to rectify the pre-delivery issues. But it has been a month and no progress, The workshop owner is waiting for approval from Syarah to replace the faulty parts, which they have not received so far.
When calling Syarah customer service number, they asked me to contact through WhatsApp and on WhatsApp they asked me to call the customer care Number. But nobody is interested to address customer's pain.

I was disappointed with the overall…

I was disappointed with the overall experience on syarah.com. The interface feels cluttered, and navigating the site is not intuitive. Key features are difficult to find, and the design lacks consistency, making it confusing for users. On top of that, the customer support is unresponsive and slow, which makes resolving any issues even more frustrating. The site could benefit from a complete UX overhaul and a stronger support system. As it stands, the UI/UX and customer service make the experience disappointing.

It was the worst experience in my…

It was the worst experience in my lifetime, dealing with a car. I payed cash as soon as decided which car to take via the APP. The day they received my money, all communication virtually stopped. I had to drag everything out of them. Insurance took 1 week just because of super pathetic service, truely shocking. It took almost 3 weeks to get my car. I bought it via their APP in Riyadh for the car to be delivered in Riyadh.
I reported them twice to the Ministry of Commerce for their useless service. NEVER NEVER AGAIN....Not even 1 STAR, if ZERO was an option I would rate them that..

Customer service is worse than terrible.

My experience with Syarah started well enough, the car was fine, and the purchase process was relatively smooth. After receiving the vehicle, I found one small issue, but to their credit, the repair was handled quickly and free of charge. But that’s where the positives end.

The car arrived three days late, which meant I had to rent a car at my own expense. I was told clearly and repeatedly by the agent that I’d be compensated once the car arrived. So I rented a car in good faith. It’s now been over two and a half months and I’ve received absolutely nothing.

Since then, I’ve been ignored, strung along, and flat-out lied to. I’ve messaged them on WhatsApp dozens of times, called over 15 times, and every single time I’m told I’ll be “contacted by the relevant department” - which never happens.

Even worse, when I ask to speak to someone or file a formal complaint, I’m told they don’t allow complaints and won’t let me speak to anyone in charge. No phone number. No escalation. Just complete and utter stonewalling.

The only thing worse than the delay has been the appalling customer service. Syarah seems happy to take your money, but if there’s a problem afterwards? You’re on your own. They’ve treated me with disrespect, zero accountability, and no transparency.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I purchased what was told to me was a brand new and unused vehicle.

After waiting nearly 4 weeks for delivery, the vehicle arrived in a terrible state. Not only was it unwashed the interior and alloy wheels had deep scratches. Also the windscreen wipers were broken and both vehicles keys had dieing batteries in them. After final paying for a new battery in the key the car opened but to my shock it would not start. Upon further investigation it was found that there was zero fuel in the vehicle. This was absolutely shocking to me as I had no way to test the car before signing the paperwork. Eventually I paid myself to fuel the vehicle.

Later that night, I called Syarah to complain. They told me that I will receive a call from the relevant department to resolve all these issues. However after 3 months and my constant calls to them, my issue has not been resolved and nor have I received a call.

Terrible experience. Terrible customer service experience. I will never purchase a vehicle from this company ever again.

Easy and efficient car buying process.

My husband and I bought a used car from this company. The entire process was quick and efficient. In 7 days, all the paperwork, transfer of ownership and car delivery to our door step was done in the most efficient way. The sales agent was extremely helpful and prompt with replies. The car was delivered in great condition as advertised and the price was right. Initially, I was concerned about ordering a car through an app, sight unseen but I am impressed with how easy the entire process was. This is a reputable and reliable company. I would highly recommend them based on my experience,

Delivery is deplorable!

The sales representative is nice and professional. But the company will lie about when the car will be delivered, and then ask for extra money for "expedited shipping." The shipping company is completely inadequate, and can not follow directions. They will try to deliver your car to the wrong location, then leave when you are not there. It has been the largest hassle I've ever experienced.
