The purchasing experience was fine and the advice was helpful.
Goods arrived quickly.
However, one of the products we purchased is not to our expectations. I reported this and follow up is in progress.

Hi Dianne, on Friday last week I instructed our supplier to send you a new urn. There is no intelligent explanation as to why it took so long for them to figure this out. Especially as normally their products are of exceptional quality. Hopefully the new urn will arrive and that will resolve the quality issue. Please keep us informed, cheers Neil

Sydney Commercial Kitchens had the best price for the coolroom I wanted, went to extra effort to source all the panels needed, reprogrammed the chiller unit to meet my requirements, and delivered on time. I definitely recommend them.
